To celebrate our retail associates, we will highlight a few of those team members so you can learn a little more about them and what inspires them as they contribute to the success of our organization.

How did you get started as a field associate?
I started with Angel Koss as my manager. She had me start on undirected work at Best Buy. She was a good manager and trainer.
What’s your favorite part of the job?
The flexibility in my schedule and learning new jobs.
What would you like people to know about your job?
I retired after 35 years in financial services. I was in front of a computer screen for 80% of my job. After I retired, I wanted a part-time job that allowed me to get some exercise while working.
If you weren’t an RDSolutions field associate, what would you be doing?
I would work part time at a music store or with disabled children. I currently volunteer for GiGi’s Playhouse and tutor children and adults with Down syndrome.
What do you always buy when you shop for groceries?
I always buy certain brands and fresh vegetables. RDSolutions has helped me look at labels, products and savings more closely.
What are some of your favorite brands?
Good and Gather, Fresh Express, Kraft, Hormel and General Mills.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I play electric guitar in a band, travel and garden.
Favorite food?
Anything grilled with a fresh vegetable and salad .
What teams do you root for?
I am from Chicago. My teams are the Bears and the White Sox. Unfortunately, we don’t have the best teams, but the fans and city are awesome!
Do you have pets, and if so, what kind? What are your favorite pet brands?
I love dogs. Our family has had four dogs. We currently have one King Charles Cavalier named Stoli – yes, after the vodka! We use Freshpet and Cesar dog food and treats.
