About the Role
We are looking for Lead Front-End / Full-Stack Engineer who can Serve as the primary front-end expert and offshore anchor leading the build of a highly responsive, mobile-optimized web application. Responsible for UI architecture, CX alignment, and integrating with Java-based backend microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop complex, mobile-responsive web interfaces using React, ensuring seamless usability across desktop and mobile browsers (including camera/SSO integration).
- Partner closely with onshore CX/design leads to translate user flows into high-fidelity prototype components ahead of critical client demos.
- Lead the offshore team in utilizing AI-assisted development tools (Codex / Cursor) for rapid UI iteration and code generation.
- Connect front-end interfaces to Java backend microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Implement front-end performance monitoring, CDN integration, and build scripts using AWS CDK (TypeScript).
Required Tech Stack & Skills:
- Primary (Must-Have): Senior-level expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern responsive web design.
- Secondary (Flexible): Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and basic Python / AWS Lambdas.
- Cloud & Tools: AWS basics (ECS, Lambda, CDN/CloudFront), AWS CDK (TypeScript), and AI coding extensions (Codex).
