About The Role:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for delivering end-to-end technical support, configuration, and development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role ensures stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the application environment.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions across CRM and ERP modules.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications (Cust\omer service, contact center) to meet business requirements.
  • Implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
  • Build and maintain PowerApps, Power BI dashboards, etc. and integration within the Power Platform and external system.
  • Develop and maintain custom APIs, web services, and data integrations with external systems using C#, .NET, and Azure services.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Dynamics 365 solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and data security guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure features to recommend enhancements and innovations.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM configuration, customization, and environment management.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse etc).
  • Experience using DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, APIs, Dataverse SDK.
  • Experience of Azure services, logic apps, Azure functions, and security best practices.
  • Experience with performance tuning, system monitoring, and telemetry tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM technical support or development.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade integrations and middleware platforms.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes, SLA-based support, and change management.
