About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in software quality assurance methodologies, testing strategies, and industry best practices, with the ability to drive quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and promote quality standards, identify risks early, and ensure applications meet functional, performance, and usability expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have software quality assurance experience in both Manual & Automation testing.
- Familiarity with modern automation tools such as Playwright and performance testing tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile application testing is required.
- Experience with BrowserStack for mobile application testing is preferred.
- Should have a deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Well-versed in industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA.
- Candidate should be able to articulate ideas, concepts, and best practices clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Should have the ability to influence and persuade others to adopt QA best practices. This includes effectively communicating the value of QA processes, methodologies.
- The candidate can collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of QA practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Should be a quick learner.
Additional Qualifications:
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Understanding of various test runner platforms.
- Knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and browser compatibility.
- Knowledge in DotNet & AngularJS would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Able to provides design guidance for UI/UX.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
